Actually the problem is your motherboard, You need to roll back the firmware until you find a working version that lets Monterey install. There is a problem with MSI motherboards and any version of Monterey past Beta 3. As you are not using a 5000 series CPU you can fix it by doing the above.AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

I'm going to get a new card.....(which one you recommend)Looks like the Drivers section format does not match your version of OC, that changed in a recent version. Compare it to the sample.conf.
Also, your GPU is no longer supported on Monterey since one of the last Betas, you can patch back the old Kexts but there is no guarantee how long that works and you'd have to do that after every update... If you don't plan to change your GPU I'd just stay with Big Sur
