I made some change for your boot arg b/c you didn't put it in right .. u can test the EFI I upload to seen any better. also take screenshot and upload it here is much easier for troubleshoot.
add these 3 to your boot args and test again to see what error you get next. since your laptop doesn't have support above 4G decoding so you have to use the npci= boot arg to by pass it.
it's problem with your EFI try to make it from Opencore and don't use any tool or don't get it from somebody else and test it. it's work great for me and other or you can try with this Kext
already tested but I don't want to play macOS with SIP disable to have Broadcom back. so I reinstall Ventura back. Ventura OS working like charm for me.
those SMBIOS is fake one then the User can replace with new one if they think it's not safe. I don't bother to remove if they do then let them
will do it.
he's got stuck at reboot and asking for help that's why other said remove SMBIOS from his config.plist and upload the plist for @craighazan so he can check what's wrong.
