    Finally Updated to Ventura

My EFI was the same as with Monterey. All I did was update the Kexts (when needed) and especially made sure to update OpenCore to the Latest Version.

Here is the link to Dortania's GPU's Buyer's Guide: https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/modern-gpus/amd-gpu.html#native-amd-gpus Though, the page is not updated for Ventura. I was able to install teh Ventura update on my RX 580 8GB. Though it's getting long in the tooth.

    Finally Updated to Ventura

When I first logged into Ventura Mac after my first logout, I was bombarded with all the windows. Apple loves to dictate how their users should use their device. They know what's good for us. User Frustration is part of their Development Roadmap. Apple: Introduce a feature that will...

    Finally Updated to Ventura

When I first completed my Ryzentosh back in September, I tried Paragon and Tuxera. Paragon was very invasive, but worked nicely. I also had looked at NTFS-3G but I had completely forgotten. When today I did the Macfuse > Homebrew > NTFS-3G, it worked well, but gone after reboot. Because of...

    Finally Updated to Ventura

Anyone who has a NTFS drive in their computer as their primary storage or any other NTFS drive and has been using Mounty to read/write onto them, if you don't already, know that Mounty has no support for Ventura. The below is a statement from their site. However, I found this out and maybe...

    Finally Updated to Ventura

Finally found time from work, family & WGU and updated OpenCore to 0.8.7 and Kexts. Just finished update to Ventura 2 hours ago. I have to get Mounty to work, probably something from Windows side. Besides that, so far so good. Edit: Mounty NTFS is not supported in Ventura. Thanks Apple!

    "Volume Hash Mismatch'

I performed the memory test with Windows, using its utility, which did not find errors. Also, I used memtest. With memtest, there were no errors found (see attachment). However, one peculiar thing that memtest displayed was for one of my two RAM modules, in Slot 4, PSD was undetected...

    "Volume Hash Mismatch'

Anyone else on Monterey encounter this problem? I've encountered this issue twice so far. Searching around, it seems it affects genuine Macs on Montereyas well. It seems no one has encountered this error since no query results came up when search, "Volume Hash Mismatch." I'm on Monterey...

Help me to Upgrade My Opencore Version

Here is the guide I used to update OpenCore and the Kexts: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/universal/update.html#_4-compare-your-config-plist-to-that-of-the-new-sample-plist In a nutshell, you will replace the relevent files on your System EFI with the update files mentioned...
